A chest warming combination of Tuaca liqueur, with hot apple juice and cinnamon.
Creamy Tennessee Espresso
Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel is matured in the upper reaches of the barrelhouse where the angels get their share. This Tennessee Whiskey is laced with cinnamon, a double espresso and can be finished with hot milk.
Highland Coffee
Drambuie, served with a double espresso and hot milk.

White Wines
house: Mas de la Source Réserve Blanc 2008, Vin de Pays d'Oc, France
A fresh, fruity, fragrant and balanced white. The style is light but tasty with the easy-drinking aspect coming from the Vermentino, Mauzac and Grenache Blanc and the fruity flavours and lusciously citrus nose coming from the Sauvignon and hint of Muscat.
Tempus Sauvignon Blanc 2009 Central Valley, Chile
Made specially for The Moose Bar by the Concha Y Toro team near Santiago, our Central Valley Sauvignon is carefully balanced, almost gently restrained, but, zippy and zesty and really refreshing with a touch of Loire-esque gooseberry to it and some of New Zealand’s more vivacious flavours of greengage and lychees.
Saint Veran ‘Le Terrior’ 2008, Domaine des Poncetys, Burgandy, France
As always, the Domaine has made an impeccably balanced Chardonnay that everyone will love. It has no overt oakiness, but, this is a gentle and pretty Macon with subtle tones and flavours, a fabulous texture and mouth feel and as good on its own as with light foods.
Red Wines
Mas de la Source Réserve Rouge 2008, Vin de Pays d'Oc, France
The velvety, generous redcurrant fruit flavours from the Syrah and lovely, smooth, plumy spice on the palate from the Grenache Rouge and Cinsault and then a bomb of pure blackcurrant flavours from the Cabernet Sauvignon makes this wine an absolute gem.
Arabella Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, Robertson, South Africa
Incredibly impressive and big-flavoured Cabernet with very soft tannins, a good structure and full blackcurrant and black cherry fruit flavours. A tremendous winter red and just great with red meat dishes.
The Charge 2006, La Bascula, Rioja DOC, Spain
This is a properly powerful, dark and very intense modern style of fruit-driven Tempranillo/Grenache blend crammed with brairy but sweet black fruit flavours with a hint of tar and spicy chocolate in the classic Rioja oaky envelope. This really is one hell of a wine and a fabulous winter warmer!
Rose Wines
Le Petit Pont Réserve Rosé 2008, Vin de Pays d'Oc, France
Lovely ripe-fruit aromas fill the nose and palate from this soft, dry and refreshing Rosé with tones of red cherries and strawberries.
Domaine Montrose Rosé 2008, Vin de Pays d’Oc, France
Montrose’s pink has a lovely, bright, deep colour and super flashes of raspberry on the nose. On the palate, it has perfect balance with just the right amount of acidity to keep the weight of the wine light and the depth of fruit flavours clean and crisp.
Champagnes and Sparkling Wines
Prosecco Frizzante, Colli Trevigiani, Enrico Bedin, (IGT), Italy
Light, delicate and very fresh in flavour with hints of melon and stone fruits, this has a gentler fizz than a Sparkling Wine and is an absolutely delicious aperitif with or without food.
Heidsieck & Co Monopole Blue Top NV
An attractive light onion-skin colour and an enthusiastic bubbliness. The nose carries a light yeastiness together with some citrus fruit and with more subtle biscuity yeasty notes on the palate sitting with citrus fruit acidity.
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label NV Brut
The darling of the City post Big Bang and post-Bollinger! An impressive, pretty and easy-drinking Champagne of universal appeal with lime leaves on the nose, hints of oranges and smoky. Soft and creamy foamy style, peppery and sherbetty.
Laurent Perrier RosE
This possesses such a lovely colour with flashes of vibrant pink and a salmon-tinged edge and lovely persistent small bubbles. Plenty of strawberry fruit and brioche on the nose. A full bodied palate, rich with a creamy edge and full mousse. Plenty of flavour and good refreshing acidity; a simply delightful and de luxe Pink!
